6th Generation Stock Ale
Stock ales were once common among America’s family run breweries. 6th Generation Stock Ale features a unique blend of Pearl, Tipple, Crystal and Maris Otter malts from the venerable British malt house, Muntons. Using only hops from Oregon, mostly grown by Goschie Farms in the Williamette Valley, include Mt. Hood, Sterling and whole-cone Liberty hops. Our hopjack provides a brief scalding of the whole-cone Liberty hops to preserve their signature flavor in its purest form. 44 IBUs and our special milling and endosperm mashing process make for a smooth and refreshing ale.
