SUMMARY:Mindful Painting with Tree of Life
DESCRIPTION:The Tree of Life Esthetics Studio is coming back to SBC for mindful painting brews sipping with friends. We are always up for a little change if it means relaxing and having some fun! What is mindful painting? it is a relaxing way to connect to the present moment while tapping into your inner creative flow.  The end result is an abstract painting of your inner subconscious to an external canvas\, unique to each person\, that you will take home afterwards. Each ticket includes a beer flight\, the mindfulness lesson with a brief visualization practice and then the painting portion of the evening. This event will be held outdoors under a tent\, so we will be emersed in nature. This is a fun\, relaxing way to recharge or to discharge tension without the pressure of having to produce an artistic masterpiece that looks like everyone else’s. No experience with art or mindfulness necessary. Feel free to bring ear buds to listen to music to put you in the zone while you paint.\nSeating is limited. Reservations required. First come\, first serve. This is a 21+ event. No one under this age permitted. $45 per person. Please call the Tree of Life Esthetics Studio for details and reservations.
