The Right Ingredients
We know what goes into our barrels. Our hops, malt, grains, fruit and other ingredients are hand-taste-and-sniff-selected according to texture, flavor, aroma, and even the dirt and climate they grew in.
The Right Equipment
Our brewhouse features upward-infusion mashing, a Bohemian decoction kettle and a hopjack. But, all you really need to know is that our tools are top-of the line, and our beer tastes damn good because of it.

Our strength lies in getting our hands hoppy and challenging our creative palettes and knowledge of ingredients to craft recipes and blend brews like you’ve never tasted before. Now you can taste them.
The Right Community
We brew our beer for the good people of northeastern Pennsylvania. We work hard. We hang out on the weekends. We tell good stories and laugh a little bit too loud. We’re proud to be a staple in our community.
The Right Passion
We’re beer people. It’s in our blood. 6th generation and going strong. Back before it was hip to brew beer, our grandfathers’ grandfathers spent time crafting the perfect, drinkable beer right here in NEPA. The torch has been passed, and now it’s our turn.
