Our brewing roots stretch from Northeastern Pennsylvania to the edges of the Black Forest, and this beer is our tribute to that heritage.

This Pils-Noir is a twist on the classic pilsner — brewed with a blend of Pale Pilsner and Crystal malts, naturally darkened using the traditional Czech decoction mashing technique, and finished with noble Saaz hops and extended lager aging for that smooth, crisp finish.
